Not able to see the prompts which are created earlier

Hello experts,

One of my colleague has created three prompts on webi report and now the user is asking to remove one of the prompt created earlier. when I tried to edit the report and remove the prompt I couldnt see any prompts but I can run the same report with all the three prompts. Please tell me is there any admin issue here or is there any way to achieve this task.

Many Thanks in Advance.

Regards,

Naresh

    Hi,

I think your webi report is based on the BEx query. If yes then remove from the BEx query then refresh univrse structure then it will work.

    Thanks,

    Amit

    Hi Naresh,

    Hello Naresh,

If the variable is defined at the BEx query , you will have to remove the variable from the BEx query.

    Thanks,

    Vinay
