Trasporting report writer

Hello,

I created a report with report writer functionalities in the environment A.

Now I'd like to trasport the report and the related objects in the environment B.

Can you please help me to find the right procedure? Is it possible to transport all the object related included the report set?

Hi,

Yes, you can transport all the objects along with the sets.

1. Go to GR55 > select the report group.

2.  From Menu: Utilites > Transport > Transport Request (you can also export it to your desktop and import to another system)

3. Select the report group / report  / library as you need to export / transport (Say report group)

4. Execute. It will take you to a detailed screen where you need to select whether you want to transport the sets / objects etc.

Please do remember, it is advisatble to check these boxes only for the first time you transport. As after that these master data may have different value in production system.
