system performance issue in SAP SNC supplier portal

Hi,

We are facing SAP slowness issue in SNC supplier portal. When supplier clicks on ( Purchase order : Items by ASN due date) in SAP SNC supplier portal.

Do anybody aware of how to improve system performance.

Vaibhav, take a look at SAP Note 1554732 .  We already had implemented, but it may resolve your ASN issue.  Thank you and good luck.

HI Vaibhav,

Please make sure Supplier are using IE6 or IE7 this issue will not appear.  If Supplier are using Firefox then we have observed slow response times.

Please let us know what browsers are being used.  Also check with you basis team on what max_Blocking_factor are being used.  Its better to use >=5 for better SNC response times.
