It is not possible to block the sloc. You can delete it from the system. Also, refer to the link http://scn.sap.com/thread/1602899 for more info. Hope this helps!

Customizing does not have deletion indicators.

the only way is to restrict the usage is with authorization at storage location level.

Please search the forum, this toppic is already discussed several times.

In real time, it is not logic to block entire storage location. SAP doesn't have options.

    Hi,

    authorization object M_MSEG_LGO is the
standard way of allowing / blocking specific movement type and storage
    location combinations.

If you need a more sophisticated autorization check, you may use
enhancement MBCF0002 to implement your own check. For example you could
set up a customer table with the allowed movement type and storage
location combinations. During posting enhancement MBCF0002 (user-exit
EXIT_SAPMM07M_001) will be called. There you could check if the
currently used movement type and storage location combination is listed
in the customer table. If not, an error message should be issued.

In purchasing only the following objects are
    checked in ME51N/ME21N :

    M_BEST_BSA
    M_BEST_EKG
    M_BEST_EKO
    M_BEST_WRK

Please take a look at note 751129 for more information about
    authorization for purchase requisition.

751129 Authorizations in Enjoy Transactions in Purchasing

    " Other Authorization objects:
As of release 470 Enterprise you have the option of taking advantage of
    the BAdi's ME_PROCESS_REQ_CUST and ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST to check
    additional authorization objects.
