Attachment in Mail form

Hi Folks,

Can PDF document be attach in mail form? I have requirement to add PDF which will trigger along with mail form every time campaign is executed. Please suggest process to accomplish this.

Hi Nikhil,

Yes Nikhil you can attach documents to your Mailforms which will sent to receipants along with mail. But this may increase size of your email.

Instead of attaching documents (PDF) to mail body you can put it on content server and just give link of the same.

Thanks for suggesting work around. Could you please tell me steps to implement content server at high level for uploading docs and then using URL in mail form?

Hi Nikhil,

You can use any FTP or Image server where you can put your documents (PDF or JPG files) and use link of that FTP server pointing to your document in mailforms.

Hi Nikhil,

We can Attach the PDF to the Mail Form. The Attachment Tab in the Mail Form is Used to attach the Document. Just like we do in the Normal Internet Mails. The Attached PDF will be triggered along with mail form every time campaign is executed.
