Create an assignment block for transaction complaints by appending the custom fields into the standard table

Hi Seniors.

I have a requirement where i need to create an assignment block for transaction complaints by appending the custom fields into the standard table.

So, I have prposed a solution as follows.

  • Create a new transaction type "Baggage Complaint" under transaction Complaints.
  • Create An Assignment Block under the standard Overview Page of Baggage complaint.
  • Enhancing the Complaint Table by appending the Structure- "ZST*****" .
  • Enhancing the Standard structure( To be identified) by appending the Structure- "ZST****
  • Binding the newly created view for assignment block with context node which has the structure-( to which we have appended our structure ZST******).

So that i will be getting my custom fields.

Please suggest me if i have continue with this or is there any other better alternative.

And also, kindly help me in finding the table and structure to which i can append my z-structure.

Regards

Som.

    Hi

Please use the AET to add the new fields and add those to CUSTOMER_H table ..

then You can create a new View and select the new custom fields for display from BTCUSTOMERH context node.
