Data gathering for PA/ OM/ Time

Hi Gurus,

I have always worked with SAP HCM - US. I need to roll out other ER, APR and LAR countries too. Since I am unaware of individual country rules and how the payroll works, I need something to refer to for my data gathering phase.

Can anybody help me out with this?

If you can provide me a country wise standard questionnaire for data gathering phase, it will be highly appreciated.

Any help will be rewarded.

standard questions for any country payrolls are know about the Gross part and Net part of calculations

net part comes when you know the taxation process of that country.

so ask your end user about the taxation part to know the net part of salary respective country.
