Problem with form 16 generation for EE s who are having LOP and ret. of LOP in cross FY

Hi Experts,

We are facing a problem in generating Form 16 for the employees who are

having both Loss of pay in the month of March 2012 and retrival of Loss

of pay in the month of April 2013 (Cross Financial Years).

While we generate the form-16 for these employees,it is generating the

form16 with out values .In total form-16 it is showing only

conveyance exemption value.Except that everything is blank. When we

check in the background, all the values are storing with the

wagetype /616.

Kindly advice us for the earliest resolution.

Regards,

Sairam.

    Hi,

Could you please confirm whether the employee has March in March payroll result or the payroll is processed directly in April with arrears without March run.

      Hi Sairam,

/616 gets generated for cross FY retro arrears but i your case since the March has been closed in March itself there is no question of retro due to loss of pay.

Could you please elaborate the process you follow for retrieving the LOP amount? Do you separate wagetype to retrieve the amount or are you updating LOP in April for March?

      Regards,

      Som
