We are facing a problem in generating Form 16 for the employees who are
having both Loss of pay in the month of March 2012 and retrival of Loss
of pay in the month of April 2013 (Cross Financial Years).
While we generate the form-16 for these employees,it is generating the
form16 with out values .In total form-16 it is showing only
conveyance exemption value.Except that everything is blank.When we
check in the background,all the values are storing with the
Kindly advice us for the earliest resolution.
