Rule of absence quotas (PT60).

Hi experts,

How can I save absence quotas in the first day for the next month in my rule.

To your PCR, add some decisions to identify what day of the month is the day being processed (using operation VARSTREDAY).

On the first day of the current month, read yesterday's value of Z51J and use that to update your Quota (preferably through a distinct Time Type, such as Z51Q if the update is done through function QUOTA in your Time Evaluation Schema).

In the current month, on every day that is not the first day, add yesterday's value of Z51J to todays's value of Z51J (HRS=DZ51J HRS+LZ51J ADDDBZ51JZ).  This Time Type will then become a monthly counter.
