Data rows got truncated after using CG3Z uploading the data files

I have a data files with 25 data fields and the files are fixed lengthed, so between some data fields there are quite lots of white spaces depends on the length of each data field. I used T code CG3Z uploaded my data files from my local C drive into SAP FTP directory, I found out for each data row only the first 3 data fields are loaded into the files in FTP directory, the rest of the data row got truncated.

I tried saving the files using Wordpad as .txt and UltraEdit as .dat, the results are the same.

I am just wondering is it because Basis people set up a limitation or why the data rows got truncated?

Problems found:

After CG3Z the file to the FTP directory, I used a customized ZL11 to view the data, there is a bug on the customized the T code.
