Finding the transaction type of a CRM UI Transaction

Hi all,

I want to find out the transaction type and action profile of Sales Contract transaction in CRM Web UI. The object type of UI is BT121_SLSC. How can I find the transaction type of Sales Contract?I want to add a print action to the action profile. Thanks

    Hi

    IN SPRO

    SPRO_>CRM->Transactions->Basic Settings-> Define Transaction Types

    Above path gives you all the above Txn types in the system..So for your complain/sales contract one custom/Standard entry should be there

    Once you identify your Txn Type then please select that row and click on Detail button,In the next screen you can see the Action Profile assigned for your txn type.

    The other way around technically is

    Please create a sales contract and click on save and put a debugger at the view EH_ONSAVE method and see the entity structure(BTADMINH) and look for attribute PROCESS_TYPE which stores the Transaction Typpe value.

    Search for the OBJECT_ID ( which is your document no.) in CRMD_ORDERADM_H table or CRMD_ORDERADM_I . The field PROCESS_TYPE would give you the information about this.
