Unable to Establish connection from CRM to XI using Proxy.

Hi All,

We are having a requirment that CRM send data to XI and received data from XI by using the proxies, now our Basis team done all the settings like RFC destination, and SXMB_ADM , SICF ... but now when we are trying to open SPROXY tcode from its showing target(XI) system is down and it is taking RFC connection type "G" by defaulty...instead of "H" that we given in RFC destination.

Please suggest and help on this.

1. Create an RFC destination of type 'H' in CRM(SM59) which connects to SAP PI.

2. Go to SXMB_ADM transaction in CRM -> open Integration Engine Configuration. Provide the Role of Business System as Application System and Integration server as dest://<RFC Destination name created in Step1>
