Cancel A Document

Hi All,

I want to restrict my users from cancelling all the marketing documents i.e right click and cancel.

Is it possible to do this ?

Hi,

you can use module administration --> system init --> general authorization --> cancel document or SBO store procedure transaction notification in the sql server management studio --> databases --> sbo company database -> programmability --> store procedures.

Hi

You can control this through Authorisation.

Administration->Syatem initialisation->Authorisation->General.

select the particular user and change the authorisation to 'No Authorisation' for 'Cancel a document' and click 'update'
