    HI Sumit

Go to ST03 N --> expert mode --> Collector and performance DB -->Performance database-->Monitring database -->Reorganization Here you will find the parameters for retention period.

    Thanks

    Hi Sumit,

What you see there (period, first record and so on) is driven by what was selected in the upper left corner of your screen. Right below the place where you switch to service engineer, you should see date/dates restriction.

btw: I'm not sure why you need to use service engineer view; I'm always using expert mode. Just curious - I've never found the reason to switch to service engineer.

    I hope it helps.

    Thanks,

    Marek
