Time Entry missing during Time evaluation

Hi Experts,

My client is encountering strange problem while running time evaluation for salaried employees. In Feb and Mach time evaluation some of the days went missing from the time evaluation. For example:- when they ran it for february, some employee had 22.02.2012 entry missing when viewed in PT50 and some had some other date. Similar thing happened in march and April.

Any idea , why it has been happening from as lt was encountered only in last couple of months. Otherwise, They have been running time eval. since last 2 years.

Any suggestion would be hepful.

Salaried employees typically do not record time so what data was missing from the system?

PT50 is used to view the accruals so unless you are accruing quotas everyday, you will only see the dates when the accrual takes palce.

Second, you need to rerun and debugg the time eval for specific days when the data was not populated... What do you see there...

Is this case happening with all employees or only selected group of employees.

Yes. they run time eval. just for accruals for salaried employees. and record corresponding records in PT50. It is run for whole month.(as obvious for monthly employees.)

This is happening for alot of employees. . Yeah debugging is one of the option. I thought may be it's because of any new support note or something else which might have trigerred this.

You do not create entries manually in PT50... it should come directly based on the data from Absence Quota Infotype, and Attendance Quota Infotype.
