    Hello Reenu John,

Calendars in conditions are used to calculate working days for payments. For example, your company in Mexico has a facility taken from USA bank. Then you need 2 calendars: one for Mexico, because you need to know working days in Mexico and the other is for USA because you won't be able to make payments during USA holidays. The more counterparties from different countries are involved in your deals the more calendars you will use.

For IRS, calendars from Structure tab are copied to conditions as soon as you change "Working day" fields for conditions.
