you cannot change this section, it belongs to SAP.
if you have an update without value and without quantity, then you do not need a storage location
but if you have a quantity update but no value update (this happens when you use UNBW material type) then a storage location is mandatory even you consume the value immediatly.
if you have both quantity and value update, then it depends on the consuption posting whether a storage location is needed. e,.g. you have a raw material and as an exception you order this raw material with account assignment K dirctly to cost center. In this case the quantity is not updated in your stock, hence no storage location necessary when doing a 101.
