e-mail notifications are not sent

Hello

I work with SRM 7.0 and we have made a refresh from production system and applied Support Package 11.

But now, when a shopping cart is approved, no e-mail is sent to requester to advise him SC is approved. I've checked workflow and there's no error, it is the task 40007975 which does not send e-mail.

    Hello Peggy,

    i suppose you checked following points:

    • event APPROVAL_PROCESS_DOC_APPROVED is correctly assigned to event schema being linked to Shopping Cart transation type,
    • Requester makes part of recipient notifications when SC is approved.

    You can also simulate event wih SWU0 transaction for:

    • Object Category > BOR Object Type,
    • Object Type > BUS2121
    • Event > APPROVED

    Before this, switch event trace on with SWELS transaction. Then display your trace with SWEL transaction.

    Hello,

    Have you checked the "define recipient of notifications" in SPRO customizing?

    See if workflow initiator is set to receive a notification when cart is approved.

    To send it to an external mail, check wiki page http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/x/lIO8DQ.
