Candidate selection process Reasons on Medical status

Hi

During the candidate selection process medical status is displaying the status reasons and it is empty, I didn’t find the table where the reasons can be maintained for the category 05-Status Change.

I though of assigning the status reasons in table V77RCF_ACT2CRSN, but it is related to category 9 (Confirmation). Can you suggest me the path or table to maintain the status reasons please? Thank you.

Hi Robin,

We have only 5 statuses for candidate selection

0. draft

1 Withdrawn

2 rejected

3 to be hired

4 draft

If you want to display the reason when you change the status from In process to Rejected then you have assign the status reasons to status 2. You cannot assign reasons to an activity type directly .

In the selection activities, the reasons drilldown option is displaying but the values are empty for the following activities. The Status reasons are available under the basic settings. Can you assist me on how to make the following activities display the reasons? Thank you.

• Offer accepted to hired
• Medical check
• Rejection in the selection process
• Candidate rejects offer

Follow this IMG path

SAP E-Recruiting -> Basic Settings -> Status reasons

1. First define the status reasons

2. Assign the status to status reasons

In step 2 ->Choose the object type 'NE' since you are using candidate selection. Then assign the status reasons to the corresponding Statuses. Say if you want to assign some new reasons when you reject a candidate, assign status '2' to the status reasons.

Thank you for your response.

I didn’t find the Generic Object Status’ for the Medical status. Can you let me know how the ‘Generic Object Status’ is assigned to the activity type Medical status. The reason is due to the specified reasons should be available for the medical status activity type.
