Income Tax Deduction Issue for employees without PAN CARD

Hi All,

I have maintained the constant PNCHK as 1 in table T511K in order to provide the threshold tax limit benefit to employees for whom valid PAN  number has not been maintained.  But the system is still deducting TAX for them who is bellow 2,00,000 slab.     Can anyone please help me how to resolve this.

Have you updated recent budget changes OSS Note released by SAP with Manual changes or Not?
