HI All
I have created and APD to extract the query output to application server and then to third party systems.
There are no errors either in query or in APD, but the query has a variable for calday and its optional.
when i execute the APD with out entering the value for calday, i get the output
but if i enter the values by specifying the variant then system throws the above error.
same query works perfectly alright in Bex analyzer.
My GUI works on the latest version and thats not the problem.
Is this a program error?
I am aware of not using multiple structures in APD.
Guys pls come out with the possible solutions.
Thanks
sujay

Check the date format in query variable and source from where you are extracting.
check the below link:

Hi suman
Thats not the problem here.
I just cannot execute the APD.
If i can execute the Apd then i will be able to store the result in the application server.
its the third party guys problem then on to extract a copy of the data from app.server.
my requirement is to just get the output and place the file in app. server.
Thanks
sujay
