Hi,

1. How to create the management reports from RAR?

2. Is there any option to export/download the management reports from Production system and Import into QA system?

3. Where can we get the management reports exactly from RAR?

Hi John,

1. Management reports are some predefined reports that are delivered with GRC. Data required for the reports is gathered by running some background jobs.

2. Can not download the reports, but can be viewed from the RAR application link.

3. From RAR application link.

Launchpad path for GRC is below, once logged in select RAR application:

http://<server_name>:<port_number>/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/grc~acappcomp/AC

Management reports can be viewed in Informer Tab of RAR application.

Thanks for the details.

1. Scheduling "User, Role, Profile Synchronization" and "Batch Risk Analysis" are mandatory for Scheduling Management Report?

2. RAR->configuration->background job->schedule job is the only way to generate Management report?

2.  What is an "exclude objects" will do in RAR->configuration->background job->schedule job?

Hi John,

1. Yes, running these reports get the data for Mangement reports. First time run the in full sync and then schedule them to run regularly in incremental mode.

2. Yes

3. You can exclude objects that you dont want to run reports on. Say you dont want to analyze SAP delivered role, as they will not be assigned to any one.
