CR with SAP BW related issue

Hi,

I have a crystal report that connects to SAP BW. while refreshing the report in the CR designer it is not showing any data. Please let me know your feedback if you have faced similar issues.

Following are the details,

1. SAP integration kit is XI 3.1 SP4 FP4.1

2. CR 2008

3. All the required transport files are available in the SAP BW system.

4. Same query works fine in the SAP BW system.

While going through the trace file, i have noticed an issue

Hi Ravi,

If the version of your Crystal Reports is not SP4 FP4.1, then please upgrade to this level.

And, when you say all the required transports are available on the SAP system, have you made sure the transports that are loaded are of SP4 FP 4.1?
