Please i want to know how can i find the crm complaints tables as i want to use the values in the tables in business objects.

    Hi Mohamed,

    Please refer to CRMD_ORDERADM_H for header level Complaints data in CRM.

    Alternatively you can also use the standard FM CRM_ORDER_READ.

      To Use Notes AB in your Complaints.

      Please add component Usage GSTEXT in you compiants component and configure it.

      to know how it can be can see the standard component BT115QH_SLSQ..

      please see at places like....Runtme repository Tab and databinding part..component controller-->wd_usage_initialise method achieve same for your complaints component

    Please go to one order tables or FM's mentioned by VISHAL and put the complaint number or process type field equal to TXNTYPE configured by your functional person ,Then you can see the whole data of complaints in the system
