    Check this path:

    SPRO->CRM->CRM Cross-Application Component->Genric Interaction Layer->Basic settings.

    Give the component set name( COMPL) and see the assigned component with it. I suppose SO is assigned to multiple objects.Remove SO( Simple Object) component from component set.

    Also check SO Component set .

      Hi Hem ,

      Thanks for ur quick reply.

      This raises another question in me. Should i remove so2 in the standard components as well ?

      Yeah and also, if i have to tell you about my requirement.

      • I need to add an assignment block to create bagagge lost complaint details. So, i thought going with the simple object approach. For which i wanted to add my simple object under the component set COMPL.

      This is where i am facing the error and also suggest me if this is the right approach.
