    Hi,

Use tcode NACE to assign output type.

For automatic STO creation please go through the link http://help.sap.com/saphelp_47x200/helpdata/en/75/ee11e655c811d189900000e8322d00/frameset.htm

    Hi,

PO output type(message type) links to PO document type in t.code: MN04 where we maintaioned condition record for message type. But PO output type(message type) assigned with PO form or smartform in t.code: NACE.

Foe 2nd question: how to create a STO automatically when we save a PO?

STO automatically created from a purchase requisition ONLY with t.code: ME59N or ME59.But if you want create manually a new STO with respect to old STO, then use t.code: ME21N.

    Regards,
