Status profile does not exist in Campaign Creation - Marketing

hi,

i have created an action ZNCHG_CMP01.

and in Marketing - Objectives/tactics/Types, in our custom Type ZNPP i have assigned the action profile ZNCHG_CMP01

in the marketing-create-campaign

my action is available in the ACTIONS Assignment block, yet the error: Action Profile ZNCHG_CMP01 does not exist displays in the screen .

i dont understand the reason for this ..

can any one pls help !!!!

Hi Santhosh,

Check your 'Object type name' in action profile. I am sure you would have chosen the correct one. If you have chosen the correct one, i guess in your case it should be BUS2010020 or BUS2010022, then go to CRM - Basic Functions - Actions - Actions in Marketing Planning - Change Actions and conditions - Define Action Profiles and Actions.

Check if your action is visible here. If not, you will have to create your action profile under this node i.e under Actions in Marketing Planning as you intend to use your action profile in campaigns and marketing related txs.

My Mistake was i created an Action profile in Transactions instead of Action profiles in marketing Planning ..
