Workflows in SAP Erec Ehp5 not working

Hi Experts,

We are implementing SAP ERecruiting in standalone system using Ehp5. But we are facing some issues which should have been working fine.

1. On External Candidate Registration, no mail is being sent to the candidate. On checking the Workflow log, it is found that there is an error in activity "Get Instance of an Object" (task 51900010).

2. On Sending New Confirmation Mail, the error appearing in activity "Determine Activity Type for Verification Mail" (task 51907925).

The settings are fine.

Is there any specific related error in SLG1?

Doublecheck also that if for any reason your WF-BATCH user may not have candidate, printer, email address etc assigned (this should indicate from any error in SLg1 however)

There might be activity customizing error. Please check the activity type customizing once again.

Hi Sally,

In SLG1 for any log related to WF-BATCH is green, but for any other user there are errors.

WF-BATCH user has got no candidate assigned to it, neither it has any email address (checked in SU01).

But in our case while an external candidate is registering, no log is created in SLG1. This might be of the "service user".

Hi Ram,

Can y please elaborate? Yes there are some activities which are customer specific. They are maintained under Applicant tracking -> Activities. The activities are assigned to processes as well. But do we have to configure something else too?
