dbmgui & dbmcli session hangs

Dear Experts

we have two production system ECC5.0 PRD and ECC6.0 EHP4 GPR, PRD have

DMS on windows server when GPR have on HP-UX platform.

we installed database manager (MDBGUI) on windows system and made a

connection with UX DMS system,

but since yesterday we are not able to connect with SDB (DMS on Unix) sonot able to do backup and other monitoring activity.

you are SAP customer => Did you create the SAP message?

"we are not able to connect with SDB (DMS on Unix)"

=>

Could you login  to the SDB database server & check:

Could you connect to the database using dbmcli tool?

Did you restart the x_server on the database server?

What is the version of your database?

Output of "dbmcli inst_enum" & "dbmcli db_enum" ?

FS full? < df -k >

Check the database tasks activities using x_cons tool.
