Project report issue

Hi all,

Another problem facing is in project standard reports s_alr_87013558, s_alr_87013533 actual cost is not showing correctly. Problem is with multiple currency posting projects only. If project is in controlling area currency then everything is correct and CJI3 and above reports matched the figures. But if multiple currency document posted on projects, then CJI3 and above reports not matching with each other. Because of this budget report availability showing more than real available budget. I tried CJEN, and refreshing reports, but still problem is there. Pl share your views.

Hi,

The standard reports will display the actuals in your controlling area currency. In CJI3 please check whether you are validating the reports numbers with controlling area currency values or not. if you are checking it against the transaction currency values then these will be different.

Standard report is not showing in controlling area currency for transaction posted in other currency, this is the issue. if you see actual cost against wbs element then it is 0, but if u click on call up report, you can see inside there is some actual cost on that wbs element.

Problem has been solved by maintaining value categories for cost elements.
