Budget problem

HI all,

I am facing a issue of budget control, scenario is evertything is working fine in all projects for budget control(on release+overall basis), but in 1 project, system is not controlling budget though availability control is active on wbs elements. System is not performing budget check for wbs elements. Please share your ideas. I tried CJBW and CJBV, then also same issue.

Try running CJEN first and then run CJBN and check.

Check the budget profile that is assigned in the project. Also check, what is the activation type for availability control for this budget profile. Whether the availability control gets activated on budget allocation or on budget release. If the availability control gets activated on Release of the budget check whether the budget is released.

Everything is there Gokul...budget is released and control is on the same...

Hi,

   Please check your available control settings:

1. Tr. Group is"++ " there or not. if not, maintain it.And take "Action of AVAC " as "Error message"

2.Also, please ensure that you have maintained budget >0 on these wbs elements because system check AVAC on budget more than "0" value. Hence the budget should be atleast Rs.1

Hi ankur...i have all the above settings in place...still issue is there....avaliability control is not getting triggered.

Dear Shrikant,

Please try below steps for that project:

1. deactivate availabilty control: CJBW

2. Refresh data base: CJEN

3. Activate avialabilty control: CJBV
