Standard CFL not working after upgradation on 8.81

Hello expert

i have one problem that standard choose form list is not working on sales order,purchase order of sap 8.81 after upgrading the sap 2007 b1 to sap 8.81

i dont understand what is the problem please help me for that

Hi,

Are there any error messages ? Can you give more specific in what area the CFL is not working ?

you check this following sap note to solve the problem :

1668541  - Choose from list not pop up when selecting business partner

Symptom

You add "ship to state" or "bill to state" in the form settings for list of business partners. When you press Tab key on the field 'Business Partner' on any document, the choose from list does not pop up as expected. You do not get any error message either.

 

Solution

SAP intends to provide a patch or patches in order to solve the described problem.

The section Reference to Related Notes below will list the specific Patches once they become available.

The corresponding Info file of the patches on SAP Service Marketplace will also show the SAP Note number.

Be aware that these references can only be set at Patch release date.

SAP will deliver Patches only for selected Releases at its own discretion, based on the business impact and the complexity of the implementation.

Based on the note, the solution is to upgrade to SAP B1 8.81 PL11 or above version.

If not, you must not use bill to state or ship to state in the BP CFL window

Check SAP Note # 1668541

You have to remove "Ship To State" and "Bill To State" from the BP CFL.

To do that, open Business Partner Master Data in FIND mode, enter * in BP Code and click on the Find button. In the CFL that comes up, remove the two states using Form Settings. Once removed, log off and log back into SAP and try to see if this is resolved.

Hi,

Is the Business Partner, Choose from List not opening in the documents for selection?

If yes, then you should check the Form Settings for the Choose from List of the Business Partner by going to the Business Partner Master Data > Find Mode > * and enter.

In Form Settings click on Restore default and check.
