Business Buy-In

Hi Experts,

This is not a technical question. More of business oriented and I am seeking advice on the approach.

My client are running BO on SQL. Lately end users adoption to BO has significantly dropped. The main reason users not trainned in BO and more confortable running reports in Excel.

Now the CIO wants to change the things around.

I have only two weeks to put a proposal and help change the table.

Any ideas on the approach?

Thanks,

DV

    Hi,

I'd recommend that you contact your SAP Account team and get our SAP Pre-Sales team involved.

You can do this if you go here: https://www.sap.com/uk/campaign/ne/rc/business_analytics/index

You can download a positioning guide called : "Business Intelligence: A Guide for Midsize Companies"

    this should help you.

off the top of my head, here are some selling points:

    • single version of the truth.
    • rentention of data as an asset.
    • making sense of unstructured data.
    • web based deployment distribution
    • centralised storage & secure repository
    • audited and monitored events.
    • access rights & controlled permissions
    • native change management and lifecycle / promotion tools.

    Regards,

    H
