GRC CUP - Password self service - password can be changed only once in a day

Hello Gurus,

Would you please provide me some insight into the below issue that i am currently facing

We are on GRC 5.3_14 and when i try to reset users password using GRC CUP Password self service, its throwing me an error

"Unable to reset password in the following system(s):xx_01. Password can be changed only once in a day"

I have checked the backend parameter (login/password_change_waittime, minimum value, default value, profile value all set to 1) , but i am still getting the above error. I tried finding SAP Notes for my issue, and i found the same or similar issue for GRC 10 and not GRC 5.3

(For GRC 10, SAP Note 1612281 - CUP PSS is not sync with login/password_change_waittime)

I would really appreciate if you share your thoughts on this issue. Thanks a lot

Hi,

Check the following note and see if it solves the problem:

You can raise these questions in GRC forum which is more appropriate and you will get quicker answers

Hi Ajesh,

The note you sent was for CUA and we dont have CUA in our landscape. I already gone through the note you mentioned. Thanks though
