Crystal report is asking for login

I have a custom crystal report that requires crystal reports to be installed for the report to be viewed and printed. I have loaded crystal reports on 4 computers and all but one work perfectly. When I try to print preview the report (Bill of Lading) a database login screen comes up asking for a SA login. I have tried to give it the SA login but it fails. I have tried uninstalling SAP and Crystal report and it still does the same thing. I can launch crystal report and login to the database. I am not sure what is going on. Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,

Fred

    Hi Fred,

Have you tried to change the sa password and update it in the configure security in license manager --> settings ? After finishing to do that, you can update the crystal report sql connection.

    Hi Fred,

Try setting your data source to Microsoft OLE DB provider for SQL Server (under the OLE DB Provider).

Another option is to use the SAP Business One data source. with this option you would enter all of the login credentials. Although, I have seen that this option takes longer for the report to execute because of the login process.
