Insufficient resources while running Inventory Audit Report

We are currently running SAP Business One 8.81.319 PL: 10.

We have reviewed all the following NOTES (1415657, 1174122, 1286519 and 1501236) from the SAPB1 site as a potential work around for this issue.

We have follow suggestions made by limiting date ranges and having only one where house at a time. I have created the recommended query to count the number of records and when run it currently shows, 186,608 which is far less than the 205,000 record limitation.

The problem with limiting the date ranges is that is does not provide an accurate recording for the true inventory values, nor consistent with all previous processes.

It is expected that this problem is NOT isolated to only our company and a work around has been identified by other SAPB1 users, or at least I hope so.

There has been attempts to run this report from every computer in the office including the main server, which has the greatest amount of resources, all with similar results.

How have other SAPB1 users gotten around this built in limitation????

Most of SBO end user or SBO customer are using customized report so that they can generate inventory audit report with many items.

In SAP B1, there are some parameter fields that can be used to generate ivnentory audit report with many items. So, the work around is to export to ms. excel and combine the exported report results.
