Wily Introscope Workstation - generate Report - empty list

Hello,

we are running Solution Manager 7.1 in combination with CA Wily Introscope Manager 8.

Using the Introscope Workstation, there is the opportunity, to collect some monitoring-metrics-value for a given instance in form of a report.

To do this, under point "Workstation" you will find the point "Generate Report".

Here you have to choose a report template.

The template list in our installetion with attributes Name, Management Module and Domain is empty.

Does anybody have an idea, why this template list is empty?

(No template, no report)

(In the other installation (same level Introscope Workstation Release 8.2.3.5 (Build 476583)), the list is filled with "SAP j2ee Overview, SAP OS Overview, TOP JDBC Statements and Top Iviews ...")
