Output triggered when a return order is modified and saved

Hi all,

I've just begun to work on SAP on functional topics and I have to configure an output type...

I have some questions and issues.

In fact, I want that an automatic mail is sent when a field is modified and saved for a Return Order.

In details:  a user uses the tcode VA02 in order to modify a Return Order. He modifies the "Delivery block" field by removed the value and saved the modification. Then, I want that an informative mail be sent to a customer. This mail is only sent when the Order is modified AND the "Delivery block" field is in blank AND for a specific Return Order type.

How can I configure an output type to do this?

Hi,

Ensure that you have maintained the condition records for this.

Next task is to create a new requirement by using the T.Code VOFM(Requirements--> Output Control).

Goto the below path:

SPRO-->Sales and Distribution-->Basic Functions-->Output Control-->Output Determination-->Output Determination Using the Condition Technique-->Maintain Output Determination for Sales Documents--> Maintain Output Determination Procedure.

Select your procedure.

Goto the your output type.

Assign the number generated in VOFM under the column "Requirement".
