Material with NORM Calculation for GBP to Eur at month rate as expected

Hi Experts,

      Can any one help on this......

When we are posting material with NLAG calculation GBP to EUR Item category (TAX)  at planned rate giving exchange rate diffrence

If we select material with NORM calculation for GBP to EUR  Item category (TAN) at month rates picking and giving correct results.

why it is happening, can any one tell me.

NALG & NORM picking two diffrent excange rates, can any one explain why it is happening...

Item categories diffrent(TAX & TAN) Price procedure is same

Please clarify my doubt...
