Reason of Rejection in PR

Dear All,

I want reason for rejection at PR, if PR is rejected there should be some reason of rejection.

Is there any way to handle this without workflow.

Regards,

Rashid Masood

Activate version mgmt, in version mgmt you can have reason for change/rejection and you can also make it mandatory.

    Hi,

PR rejection with comments can be achieved through user exit..

There is reason of change in Version Management no Reason of Rejection. And here release strategy is header level so reason should be entered at header level.

      Thomas,

You mean by this user exit? MEREQ001.

    Hi,

A simple way of doing that is the approving person (in this case the rejecting person) can enter his reason for rejection in PR header text.

    Hello,

use the release process with classification. so you can use either header level or item level rejection.
