GBB-VBR change account assignment in OBYC

Hi Experts,

Our Fiscal year runs from Jan - Dec . My user now wants to change the GL account in  OBYC tcode GBB-VBR .

I need to understand is this going to impact anything in the Financial side ?

You can change it.

From the day when you make changes in GBB-VBR, system picks up the new GL for any transaction done.

Here, the point is when you want to cancel the old Material document, check if the system is picking the old GL or new GL.

Test the above scenario and see the results and go ahead for further action
