Can not get ipad app working with my DB

I followed the instructions on the mobile app installation but it is not working. I enter the same dummy number on my ipad and B1 user login. I am using version 8.82 pl 5 in my demo system. I get this message "Processing Failed" "Internal server error; contact your system administrator."

I entered the correct UDID for my device as the thrid party app sent it via e-mail to my server when I was setting up. Might be because I am running a multiple company setup but I enter the DB name in the iPad app.
