Transactions not in the role on ARQ change request

Hi,

Has anyone experienced after uploading roles and moved them through to completed status on ERM, that the transactions are visible in ERM.

BUT

When requesting the same role via ARQ, the role pulls through with all relevant risk if any

BUT

When drilling down through the role and you navigate to the action level the role displays not transactions.

If you seen this before how did you resolve the issue

Regards, Melvin

    Hi Melvin,

Can you try running authroization sync and Repository Object Sync jobs, then see if it works.

Verify that the SP version of the Plug-ins on the ECC side are also SP07 otherwise such wierd behaviour is likely.

Let me know how it goes.

    Hi Melvin,

What exactly is coming in Action level violation report? Is it possible to attach the screenshot?

It could be possible that this is due to Rules data. Ideally, result which comes at violation report comes based on rules data. It might be possible that your rules data is inconsistant and system is not able to read the rules contents and same is not getting listed in the violation list.

Could you please check your rules also, in table GRACACTRULE. If there is some inconsitancy, you can upload your rules and regenerate them once again.

    Thanks & Regards

    Neeraj
