Registration of non-SAP entities within SOLMAN 7.1 (SP4)

Hello!

We would like to register non-SAP entities (specific standalone software) into Solution Manager 7.1.

What is the way to do this?

1) Manual Registration within LMDB

2) Registration via SLDREG

We would then like to use Incident Management for SAP and non-SAP entities.

Hi!

It was possible to create a new non-SAP entry via LMDB.

The appropriate entry there was "Unspecific Application System (UNSPECIFIC)" --> "Others".

Problems still:

There is no appropriate entry appear/be synchronized within SMSY

What is the procedure to create a IBase component in order to create messages for those non-SAP entries?

the systems do not appear in SMSY.

There is also no appropriate system templates within LMDB.

The question is what is the procedure for the registration of those systems within  Solution Manager 7.1 (SP4)?
