How to Display only Purchase requisition in MD4C T-code

For the Given Production Order, I need to display Only the The Purchase Requisition and the Material in the T-code MD4C,

How do I Achieve it,

I had Tried with the Notes but, i did not achieve my answer,

can you please tell me a bit clearly .

I need  only  Purchase requisition's and corresponding  material in the Report(md4c)
