GRC No violations

Hello colleagues,

I hope that someone reads the messages posted in the new shell of the community 🙂

I faced with the error that related to ARA.

We have a user that has risk S015, since it has roles with the permissions included into AR07 and SD06 functions. Everything was fine until we faced with fast growth of GRACUSERPRMVL table. We decided to use report GRAC_DELETE_ACCESS_RULES with option "Delete Violation data for Physical and Cross Systems". After running this report we lost all violations. To resolve the problem we rerun report GRAC_BATCH_RISK_ANALYSIS (full synch mode), however, not all users were reviewed and got in the table GRACUSERPRMVL. For those who get into the table risks are shown well, but I don't understand why some of them were not included into the table.

Looking for a solution I found many posts that saying about rules checking, rules regenerating, checking table GRACUSERPRMVL etc. But I think the old problem with the program which fills the table GRACUSERPRMVL (especially my GRC 10.0 SP23 has many bugs), or it might be some inconsistency with tables after running GRAC_DELETE_ACCESS_RULES.

Regards,
Artem
