Derivation Rule for Origin Group

Hi All,

I have maintained Origin Group for all Raw Materials......

I have created Origin Group as Characteristic in COPA with MBEW table then i regenerated the Operating Concern..

In OKEQ i have maintained the Check Derivation and Derivation date 01.01.2012.

In KEDR i have defined the Derivation rule for Origin Group..

Table Look Up is MBEW,

Origin Field Name Name Origin Field Name Name

Source Fields are : MBEW MATNR Material Number CO-PA ARTNR Product Number

MBEW BWKEY Valuation Area CO-PA ARTNR Product Number

MBEW BWTAR Valuation Type CO-PA ARTNR Product Number

Target Fields are: MBEW HRKFT Origin Group as Subdivision of Cost Element CO-PA WWORG Origin Group

But, In COPA report Origin Group is showing " Not Assigned".

Please suggest me anything i have missed to maintain...

Regards,

Chandrababu.B

    Hi

You must assign MBEW-BWKEY to COPA-WERKS and MBEW-BWTAR to GLOBAL-USERTEMP1

You have assigned everything to COPA-ARTNR which is not correct.... Select your derivation rule and press F8... You can test it by entering a Material / Plant No... If not successful, click on "Analyse derivation"... Which will tell you why its failing

Also in the attributes tab, click on the check box to get error msg if no values found
