Hiring in pa40

Hi,

During hiring an employee IT0000, AFTER IT0001 saved, it will back to IT0000 screen, not going to IT0002, I have checked configu info group its ok , But why is the problem, can u tell me suggest on this issue?

    have you maintained operation ins for all the infotypes in infogroup.

      You wrote that the following is your process in your above message:

      "THIS PROCESS IT0000->IT0001->0000->0001....but not going to IT0002..."

      Not sure if it was a typo but from what you described, it is doing exactly what you configured by going back to IT0000 after IT0001. If this is not correct, remove the second references to 0000 and 0001 so it looks like the following in your infogroup:

      IT0000->IT0001->IT0002..etc...

    Hi John,

    Please check the

    User group (UGR) & Set/Get parameter ID (MOL) for your user.

    You can check the same from the T-code: su3

    and

    In reality system must automatically trigger the sequence of infotypes by default.

    and still you can create a dynamic actions for in the table - V_T588Z to the infotype-0001,but not suggestive.

    Maintain Infogroups.

    User Group - Operation - Infotypes

    40 INS 0000

    INS 0001

    INS 0002

    INS 0006

    INS 0007

    INS 0008

    Hi John,

    As per my knowledge two things was happened.

    1) Sometimes in IDES version system is not recognizing our entries properly,so you need to delete all

    your entries,then you go for reenter the same entries.

    2) your system might be lost settings,so you need to format your system.

    Note: If you are practising in your own desktop or laptop.
