What is the syntax of passing a url to the reportdocument object

I have a webpart out on Sharepoint 2010 that works fine if I hard code the ReportDocument.Filename property to point to a report in "C:\\****.rpt" but I can't seem to get it to point to a URL on Sharepoint where we plan on storing all the reports?

Once I get that to work I hope to be able to figure out how to have a report directory that passes the report to the webpart when the actual report is clicked. If that is possible. How are most people doing this? The only .Net instructions I coud find seem to point the webpart back to a crystal server where they get a RAS or CEIS URL.
