I am working on solman 7.1 incident management (SMIN). By using SPPFCADM, i can schedule the email notification to Service Team, Reporter. But we are not able to schedule the email notification to processor when the status is "in process" . I copied SMIN_STD_MAIL_PROCESSOR action definition and make the start conditon as E0002 (in process). I use the same methods for support team and reportor, it is all work. but for processor, the action is even not sheduled in "scheduled action". Did someone have any idea? youe help is very much appreciated!
